WICKIE takes over the legwork of report review, your team does the judgement. You pay a constant monthly rate for an annual quota of reports that you spread freely across the year. 12-month term, no monthly limits, no token costs.

Three inputs, all calculations visible. For working with WICKIE we assume 20 minutes per report.* You see how much time is freed up and what remains per report after the WICKIE price.
Input range: 75 to 180 minutes, €55 to €180 per hour, 80 to 600 reports. Within this range, every combination leaves a revenue gain. With a shorter report review, a lower hourly rate, or fewer than 80 reports a year, WICKIE does not pay off financially; please talk to us in that case.

Based on our team's audit practice; not a promised processing or run time. How long an analysis runs depends, among other things, on the length of the report. The plans differ in volume, parallel analyses, users, and support, never in review quality. During the pilot phase WICKIE found on average more than five indications of figure or consistency errors per report. All prices plus VAT.

In busy season you review more reports than your monthly rate covers, in summer fewer. Over the year, the annual quota evens this out.
Your annual quota is valid for 12 months. 30 reports in March and none in August are no problem.

No. WICKIE provides pointers, the judgement stays with the licensed professional. Every finding is accepted, rejected, or commented on. Professional responsibility under Section 43 of the German Public Accountant Act (WPO) remains unaffected.
12 months. You pay a constant monthly rate; the reports in your plan are available as an annual quota for the whole contract year, not split into individual months.
Reports pile up in busy season. Monthly limits would make you overpay in summer and push you into extra costs during the season. The annual quota follows how your work is actually distributed.
WICKIE keeps running. Additional reports cost €50 in Starter, €45 in Professional, and €35 in Enterprise. We ask for your confirmation before any additional costs arise. Moving to a larger plan is voluntary; we will get in touch if it pays off for you.
Yes, reports not used by the end of the 12-month term expire. That is why, before you sign, we are happy to work out with you which plan fits your engagement structure.
Application and data are with a German cloud provider, the open language model runs in data centers in France. No US hyperscaler, no US model. At the AI provider, reports are neither stored nor used for training. Our partners' data centers are certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2. By default, reports are deleted after the analysis.
Yes. In a 30-minute demo we review a report from your firm with all review stages. Once your contract starts, we go through your first 3 reports together.
You send us your request via the form. We send you the contract offer together with a data processing agreement for review. After signing, we set up your access within a few days.
