The recommendation automatically picks the cheapest of the three plans for your volume. The calculator starts at 60 reports per year – below that your volume falls short of the smallest plan, so please talk to us directly. Manual costs include, in addition to assistant time, a flat 20 minutes of partner review per report (at €180/h). Follow-up queries and correction loops are not included.

Your quota is valid for 12 months. Whether you review 30 reports in March and none in August – the pool balances out the season.

The pool is valid for the 12-month contract term. Reports not used by the end of the term expire – so choose the plan that matches your real annual volume. If in doubt, we advise you based on your client structure.
Data protection is not a plan feature at WICKIE: application and data in German data centers, AI processing on EU servers, GDPR-compliant processing, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2, audit-proof filing, and an audit trail apply identically in every plan – from Starter to Enterprise. WICKIE runs on an open language model; your data is neither passed to US vendors nor used for AI training. Whether reports are deleted after the analysis or kept in your firm's archive is your decision – by default they are deleted.
