The application, database, and document storage run with a German cloud provider in German data centers.
The analysis itself runs on EU servers in France. Your data never leaves the EU – and as soon as the model is available in Germany, we will move this step too.
At the AI provider your reports are processed for the analysis only and never stored – no training on your data. Whether they are archived in WICKIE beyond that is your decision: by default they are deleted after the analysis, on request they stay safely in German data centers.
