What WICKIE found in 310 reports
784 indications of figure discrepancies and 937 of contradictions, on average more than five per report. Plus language errors that cost you the impression of diligence with your client.
Findings are pointers, not verdicts. Whether a finding applies is for the auditor to decide. Professional responsibility under Section 43 of the German Public Accountant Act (WPO) remains unaffected.

Figures in the report are reconciled with the balance sheet and income statement. Deviations are shown with their location.
Consistency check
Contradictions between text sections, tables, and notes are detected and shown side by side.
Language check
Spelling, grammar, and technical terminology across the entire report, with a concrete correction suggestion.
Prior-year comparison
Changes from the prior-year report are flagged and put into context.

Application and data in Germany
The application, database, and document storage run with a German cloud provider in German data centers.
Zero data retention
At the AI provider, reports are processed only during the analysis, never stored and never used for training. In WICKIE they are deleted after the analysis unless you choose to archive them.
AI processing in France
The analysis runs in data centers in France. Your data does not leave the EU. As soon as the model can be operated in Germany, we will move this step as well.
Open language model instead of a US model
WICKIE uses an open-weight model. No US hyperscaler, no US model.
Professional rules built in
Data processing agreement with a matrix of technical and organisational measures, plus a confidentiality undertaking under Section 50a WPO. Our technical partner is automITe Engineering GmbH, ISO 9001 certified, TISAX assessment at the “very high” protection level, specialised in product cybersecurity.
Certified data centers
Our infrastructure partners are certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2. Processing follows the GDPR and is designed for the requirements of the EU AI Act.
